Okay guys, I told you it'd happen and it has.
They are at it again. "The Cybersecurity Act of
2012," introduced by Senators Joe Lieberman,
Susan Collins, and Jay Rockefeller, would seek
to give the Department of Homeland Security
regulatory authority over the private
companies that control "critical infrastructure
systems." Time to make some noise.
